1. General By placing an order with The 3D Print Conjurer, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders All items are 3D printed to order. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. Product images are representative and may not be exact.

3. Intellectual Property By submitting a custom design or file, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrighted characters, trademarked logos).

4. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders for designs we deem inappropriate or legally problematic. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in CAD. Payment is due at the time of order. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
