Processing & Production Time All items are printed to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods, production times may be longer — we'll keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Estimates We ship across Canada and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. For lost shipments, please reach out after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipments, but oversized items may require a physical address.
