Refund policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items All 3D printed items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Digital Files Digital files (STL files, print files, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Colour & Finish Variations Please note that colours may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and filament batch differences. These variations are not considered defects.
